Interview
Was a great experience. Did a phone interview first for about 30 min. Then met up 1 to 1 for an hour. Interviewer gave me all the specs of the company and gave samples of benefits and salary pay with bonuses. The company environment and workload. Very interesting and would love to work there.

How did you handle a client that was not happy with your service?
Basic questions, and experience…. She asked me a few questions, then basically tried to figure out if I was a right fit for the job and company. Then I waited for a week and I got the offer!
The interview process was pretty standard. I spoke to a recruiter over the phone and then had to send in a video answering a few questions. I was called back within a few days.
It begins with a 30 minute phone call with employee to go over the basics, and have a Q&A. Then there is a follow up call with a manager to go over specifics, followed by an offer package.
