Should undergo 3 rounds of discussion, 2 technical and 1 HR. Will take half a day to complete all the process. Technical interviews used to be tough. Should know each and every process whatever we mentioned in our profile.

Interview
Very straight forward. They will ask you your bio and listen without interest. Then they will ask you about the 2 year Bond and salary. If you are ready, then they will proceed for interview. Interview is Not that much difficult. 1st TL will take the technical round. Almost same question will asked by Manager in another round.
Then finally VP will come who is really very knowledgeable person. He will ask many questions. Some are very difficult. Questions related to Share Capital, cost accounting, Golden Rule of accounting, Ratio Analysis. But if you ans 50 % of his question., You are selected.
