Once you apply, you receive a 3 question questionnaire to answer. Once you answer well, you receive an Invite to what they call a Group Culture Fit. Which is similar to a group interview. This does not guarantee a leader interview after. However, if they like you they will put you on a preferred applicant list, so when a new position becomes available you are the first person they call.
