Bizarre group introduction where other people who were interested in the same job were on the call. The video didn’t work and then we were told about the company’s insurance package and how great it is and what our thoughts were on navigating the world of healthcare. It felt like we were in a focus group for their service and the purpose of our group interview was to obtain our feedback. Looking back at the email for the appointment, it even says something like: “even if this isn’t the job for you, you will learn more about the company and what we offer!” No follow-ups to emails or anything — cultish/pyramid scheme feel in hindsight. The same positions have been live for months on indeed.
