One of the best interview's I've been through! They were very open and transparent throughout the whole process. There was a phone screen with one of the team "coaches". Then I was setup with a take home challenge. Some people don't like the take home challenge concept, but I love it. It gives me a chance to dig in and really explore how I might code a solution rather than pressure me into hasty decisions. This challenge was particularly interesting and hits you with real world coding problems. I really enjoyed it and also the follow up interview where you're asked to add some features and generally talk about your code.
