The interview was conducted by HR Personnel, and seconded with a member o the IT Management staff that would actually be supervising the position being hired for. The interview was taken place 1 on 1 with the HR Staff, followed by the IT Staff. This allowed a good and direct idea of what sort of environment I would be entering into. The interview was also very straight forward, describing what the company was looking for, and what sort of competition would be expected. While the IT Staff appeared very pleasant and interested, the HR staff was neutral-faced, at best. As I left the office, I was promised a post-interview call by HR To let me know whether I was accepted or denied for a second interview. I had never received that call.
