I applied for a position at RCU twice and was disappointed on both occasions. The first time, the recruiter scheduled a phone screen with me but failed to follow through on the appointment. Despite my attempts to reach out via phone and email, I received no response. During the second application, I was interviewed, but the recruiter displayed poor communication and seemed disinterested in my responses and questions. It was disheartening to feel like I was not being taken seriously in the hiring process. It appeared as though they may have already pre-selected a candidate or were simply engaging in tokenism.
