I applied online. I interviewed at Reflektive in Apr 2017
Interview
Pleasant phone interview with recruiter followed by written homework assignment, second phone interview with a CSM followed by invitation for in-person interviews with the team. A few days after scheduling the in-person interview, they canceled the interview because they hired the position. I find it tacky to schedule an interview with a candidate and promptly cancel it, and it definitely left a bad impression of the company.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Reflektive in Jun 2020
Interview
Pretty standard interview consisting of 4 rounds. Each with a different level of success leadership. Very conversational. The recruiter was great and did a wonderful job keeping me in the loop. I made it through the final round, but was ultimately denied. The recruiter was very thoughtful with her message. Only small complaint is that the process took a long time.

Why Reflektive?
Comfortable with start up environment?
Strategy for driving adoption and engaging executives?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Reflektive (San Francisco, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
Extremely short, frustrating and misleading process. A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn: "Thanks so much for opening my InMail :) I'm reaching out regarding an opportunity to join my company, Reflektive's, Customer Success team."
I said I'd love to hear more so we scheduled a time to chat. The conversation started off great and I was very interested. When I asked about headcount and growth, she mentioned that they're actually focusing on growing the implementation and enablement team. That sounded a bit off since I was approached for the CSM position, and she even asked which team I would prefer. But I reaffirmed I was interested in a CSM role--the role she contacted me for.
The next day, I received the following canned response via LinkedIn mail: "After much consideration, we've made the decision to not move forward at this time."
VERY misleading. If you weren't intending to hire for the CSM role, why did you contact me about it? Pretty bad recruiting practice and just a waste of everyone's time.

Question 1
Would you be interested in this Customer Success role? Or maybe interested in the Implementation team?
I applied online. I interviewed at Reflektive (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
I would consider this a pretty standard and thorough interview process.
- Screening with recruiter
- 30 minute call with a member of the Customer Success team
- Email exercise
- On-site meeting multiple members of the Customer Success team
- Final on-site and presentation
Thorough, organized and transparent would be the three takeaways I had from the experience. I did have a couple of issues with scheduling an on-site interview, as they had to reschedule a couple of times. Not ideal, but they were open about it and gave me as much notice as they could. It's a start up, so things like this tend to happen.
They moved as quickly as possible, and the recruiter was incredibly responsive when working on scheduling meetings and handling any questions I had.
It was great meeting different members of the team as I got a feel for the different personalities, styles and roles within the Customer Success org. Everybody was incredibly humble and it made me feel very comfortable as I went through the process.
