Someone from the team reached out to me via LI and I was invited on site fairly quickly. I had a positive experience and everyone I met with was really nice. The only thing I did not realize was that the people I would be essentially reporting to seemed a bit junior to be in their roles. I found it a little odd, but this seems to be the normal for startups now. Regardless, everyone was incredibly pleasant so no complaints there.
