Interview
A recruiter at Reflektive reached out to me and asked me to interview for a front-end position. I agreed, and was put through an initial interview and then a coding challenge. The coding challenge was simple, and I completed it with ease before the time allotted. After a couple days the recruiter emailed me and said they were not going to move forward with my application. When I asked for feedback she responded with, "I'm unable to provide more feedback, but thank you again for your interest and best of luck in your current search! " I find this surprising coming from a company that has a service that is built on giving people feedback so they can grow and evolve into better employees. Doesn't sound like they stand behind their business model.
