I applied online. I interviewed at Reflektive (New York, NY)
Interview
I had an initial phone screen with a recruiter. She was very polite, knowledgable and pleasant.
The only thing was that she pinged me to reschedule a few minutes after our initial phone screen was supposed to have already started. No big deal, things happen, fires to put out.
About a week later, I was notified I was to move on and have a phone screen with the Director of Inside Sales.
Funny enough, she too pinged me a few minutes after our supposed start to reschedule.
So onward to our second proposed time. A few minutes after our scheduled time, (you guessed it) she pinged me and told me she had to reschedule again.
The third time she didn't bother to ping me, instead, she simply moved the calendar invite over to the following day at the same time slot. I withdrew my application shortly after.
From what I've researched into Reflektive. It's a great company to work for – well funded with fantastic logos/testimonials, with smart and capable management/employees. But these type of candidate experiences really hurts their brand. I hope they fix it.
