Applied direct to HR advert on social media. Received an email response relatively quickly requesting a telephone call to discuss the role. After this call it took about a month for further email offering an interview on a set date. I attended the interview, which mainly consisted of being told about the company rather than discussing my skills, but since then I did not have the courtesy of any feedback. This was for a relatively senior position so I have
to wonder how they actually treat their employees, if this lack of common courtesy is indicative of their management style!
