I dropped my resume off at the movie theatre and was called a couple weeks later for an interview. The interviewer didn't seem very serious and asked me a few basic questions. She asked me about working for a hotel nearby, and I told her I'd never worked there. Apparently, she had mixed up my application with someone else's. When she found my correct resume, the interview continued. She seemed to think I was vastly overqualified, given that she mentioned my previous job and then burst into laughter. The interview was easy and I was offered a job at the end of it.
