When I had gotten there, the first portion of the interview was him going over policies with me, ensuring that I understood rules and restrictions upholded while in a position of authority. The second half of the interview was him asking me questions that would tell him about me. What could I bring to the table, how I would gain respect among the staff, etc. The interview ended, and he had told me I had done very well.
