A pleasant experience meeting with the assistant manager at my location. He was friendly and professional while showing a passion for film and the theater business. I was asked simple and interactive questions that allowed me to show my personality and passions. It was an overall enjoyable experience that got me excited about the possibility of working for this company and in particular this location.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
