Asks questions about yourself, why you like Regal, favorite movies, your pros and cons. It's a pretty easy interview process. You apply online and they will call you back and ask for an interview, you go in and meet with the managers. If they like you they call you back and start the rest of the paperwork.
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
