Interview
Because they hire from within, it is important to boast achievements from currently working there. Focused a lot on knowing the mission statement, standards of service, etc. Important to highlight leadership abilities.
Simple straightforward, situational questions. Asked strengths and weaknesses, past job history, etc. interview was a total of maybe 15 minutes or less. Asked which position I was looking to apply for and if I am open to other positions as well

It was in person with the General Manager. It lasted a total of 30 mins and it was not as hard as I thought it would be. Was asked questions about what I would do in certain situations with guests, customer service, and policy questions. After that, he asked me about the past experience at other Regal locations.

GM interviews every possible candidate. The questions asked are really straight forward. they have questions that they are required to ask in the interview. The same type of interview as when you interview for floor staff.
