Very easy-going and inviting. You show up and they give you a binder to review a description of job duties uniform. They ask questions that range from your own expectations, your experience, and also some fun film questions.

What are your expectations when you go see a film?
Asks questions about experience with customers and how to deal with messy situations. Must be willing to have a flexible schedule and be able to work long shifts. Very good overall and very kind people.
Met in person for 30-ish minutes with two managers who were just a few years older than me. They asked questions ranging from my past experiences to my love for film and availability.
