It was very straightforward and easy. The initial interview was one on one with one of the managers. They asked pretty simple questions. It wasn't super formal and the managers were very nice.

Really easy, as far as I went, if you are getting an interview you have the job. Most of the questions are availability based, and personality based. They really just care more about making sure that you are clean and keep up a nice appearance.

I applied online through indeed.com and they called me right away the next day for an interview by email, then they set up a second interview on the spot and the second interview was similar to the first but with a different person. Then I was to fill out 3 references and bring back. As soon as I brought back the references they called me the next week and set up my orientation day.
