My interview was very thorough. The questions that she asked where extremely relatable to the position in which I was applying. you could tell they really cared about who they hired based on the interview process. I have just passed my first interview and have to wait another few weeks for a response so I kind of wish that response time was quicker but, that being said, I know that they need to find somebody who will be a good fit to their team and that often requires interviewing many people

It was pretty chill. Was told how things worked around the place, dress etiquette, pretty standard stuff. For example, how ushering worked, or how cleaning the theaters worked, how to make the foods, etc.

Was interviewed at the cinema. and in addition to getting asked your run of the mill questions, you get asked a bunch of less formal questions like what brings you to a cinema and your favorite movie, which is a huge relief. I got offered the position at the end of the interview so I would say it's a very easy and quick process.
