Its a pretty simple interview but it takes about 3 weeks for the entire hiring process. They basically ask if your available any time and require you to work every weekend which should be expected seeing as how thats when they do majority of the business. They give you form to take to all your past employers to fill out .Once this is completed they consider your interview completed and are ready to move on to next step.
