Another pretentious call out taking advantage of the external talents that fell victim to the layoffs of 2024. I had a screening that felt they had already made their decision before we even got started. In fact as I expressed interest by asking questions, one of the screening participants right away said we are looking at other candidates. I wasn't sure what to make of it, whether I was being biasly dismissed or if they already had someone else in mind. One thing was certain, as much as I tried to win them over, it felt like they were not engaging. No response to my Thank you and Follow up. By the end of the week I got the automated rejection letter. So nothing special about this company.
