I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Regeneron (Tarrytown, NY) in Mar 2016
Interview
The whole process lasted about a month. First they had me answer question through an online recorded interview. Everything was behavioral and questions about yourself. Second interview was with the IT manager. This was a video call and we basically went through my resume and experience along with behavioral questions. A few technical questions were asked but I assume they already know what you can and cant do by the your resume. Two weeks later I was told they went with another student.
The interviewer was very nice and respectful. It was evident that she is passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise. It is a shame I wasn't offered a chance to join the company, but my positive experience encourages me to try again in the future.
Hirevue and then meeting with several teams they think you're a fit for, non technical but might ask technical questions depending on role. Pretty casual but your experience at the company is very team dependent
Overall there were two interviews. One HireVue technical that also asked you to complete some details (like start time, salary, etc.) and one interview with your manager, Pretty standard interview
