Online video as the first round and group leader second round. Overall, the interview process is inefficient. I applied for the research intern and I have paper highly related to the research scope of the intern role. I am not sure which part of the interview I missed up. But, I feel like they missed a potential candidate.

There were two panellists from the department I was interviewing for. The interview lasted 30 minutes. Mostly behavioural based questions. Some questions involved ranking my values. I received their decision two days after the interview.
