I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Regeneron
Interview
The HR department contacted me after I submitted by application online. It was a phone interview from a private HR services company. The lady who interviewed me wrote everything down as I was answering her questions. She said that the Regeneron department would looks at the records of my interview and contact me again once I met their expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Everything was behavioral. Very generic questions like why did you apply, would you have any housing issues or relocation issues.
The interviewer was very nice and respectful. It was evident that she is passionate about her work and eager to share her expertise. It is a shame I wasn't offered a chance to join the company, but my positive experience encourages me to try again in the future.
Hirevue and then meeting with several teams they think you're a fit for, non technical but might ask technical questions depending on role. Pretty casual but your experience at the company is very team dependent
Overall there were two interviews. One HireVue technical that also asked you to complete some details (like start time, salary, etc.) and one interview with your manager, Pretty standard interview
