Interview
Very long; took two months before getting to the formal video interview invite. The first two are phone interviews, first with a member of HR and then with a couple of hiring managers. The interview with HR was quite pleasant and asked more about behavioral questions. The second was more like a conversation with 3 hiring managers that mostly spoke about what they did on a day to day basis. The video interview was a couple hours, 30 min each with a member of the hiring team. Just takes a long time to hear about next steps or outcome of the interview.

3 Rounds of Interviews. 1st is a call with the recruiter who asks about your resume, expected salary, etc. You then get a call from the hiring manager about a week later. If that goes well you'll receive an invite to a Microsoft Teams interview the next week. This is the interview that counts as you will meet every lead/manager from the dept. After that you can expect a decision within 2 weeks.
Read about company history. They would ask about their own products and if you know about the company history. Then show that you are aware of the companies values like BBS etc.
