I applied online initially and never received a response but I had some financing through this company. When I Called to check on the balance one day I was essentially canvasses for a job, later when I asked why she did this, she said that I spoke well and seemed intelligent, and this carried over to the in person interview as well. Soon after HR reached out t me and asked some questions and decided to setup the in person interview, which was between myself, the branch manager, and the Regional Supervisor, overall it was a very positive experience but this job is a sales and collections job. You need to be comfortable and ok with selling people things, and in this case...it's money.

They tell you in the interview "we dont hire managers outsourced, we only promote within". They have several assisant manager positions posted this specific one posted for over 30 days and they wont hire anyone. Its a waste of time.
very straight forward and easy process, the recruiter scheduled a date to come in person interview to be interviewed with branch manager and was very laid back and had not problem with it at all.
