Interview
They are very friendly and different in personalities. They want energetic people with good customer service experience and team players. Also they want reliable agents and make sure that they complete a full training process before being certified as a banker.

Tell us about a time you had a difficult customer and how you dealt with the situation
After applying, a recruiter will reach out to conduct an initial phone interview to assess your qualifications. If successful, you will then be forwarded to the specific branch you applied for, where the branch team will conduct a further interview and make the final hiring decision
A couple assessments then a phone interview followed by a hiring manager interview (in person). It lasted about an hour, very casual and friendly. It was with the branch manager and assistant team lead.

Submitted my application through their job portal. I was asked to finish as assessment and then 3 days later a Phone interview was scheduled for 30 min. Forwarded to in-person interview.
