I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Regions Financial (West Lafayette, IN) in May 2016
Interview
I had two phone interviews and two in person interviews. The first two interviews were with the HR representative for our region, the first one on one interview was inside of the branch with the Branch Manager and the final interview was with the Platform Sales Area Manager.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Knoxville, TN) in Dec 2017
Interview
Overall interview process was pretty standard. Spoke with HR via phone for the first interview, HR and an Area Manager for the second interview and two Branch Managers for the third interview. Interviews were pretty standard STAR questions. Overall I found them to be very casual and easy. Problems arose in negotiations which resulted in me declining their offer. I stated my pay minimum (which was high) in the first interview and was assured it was in range. Job offer came in at exactly what I make at my current company, and I could barely get them to budge through negotiation. Overall not worth it.
