I applied online and was called shortly thereafter by HR who asked a few questions and invited me in for a panel interview. I was then called and offered the position a few days later pending a background check and drug screening.

Very long and pointless. The process included simulations that sucked and barely worked. Interview was long but felt like I was the one interviewing them as they had almost no questions.
