Interview
The interview was a pretty straight forward one. I received an text message a week after i applied for the job asking me to schedule an interview. I had an interview with the manager , and a week later I was told that they wanted me for the position but i did have to send HR a follow up email. There is no drug test but they send a background check and they also require a finger print to be done before fully accepting the job also they ask you which weekday and weekend day you would like off. Job is set to start on 06/10

It’s a pretty quick interview and they make you feel comfortable, you’re interviewed by 2 people at one time however you don’t feel intimidated like I have with some other companies.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Pensacola, FL) in May 2015
Interview
For me the process was quick and easy. I had a phone interview first, the next day was in person with the HR recruiter then two team leaders and I was pretty much hired on the spot (I had to drug screen and background check that day in order to move forward). They hire in groups and if you're good they'll typically hire you right away to get you into the earliest training group. Sales background is important. They ask a lot of sales questions and customer service questions. Any type of degree helps too, though they will ask why you aren't working in your field if your degree isn't related.
