I applied through an employee referral. The process took 9 months. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Birmingham, AL) in Aug 2016
Interview
Multiple interviews over multiple months. They were very vague and unresponsive in their questions, answers and followup during the process. So much so that, even when they offered me the position, I wasn't sure if they were actually offering it to me or not. Their "process" was a mess but the actual interviews and testing were banally easy.
In hindsight, this should have been a big warning sign about their poor management and disorganization.
Ironically, the interview process took 9 months, I realized my mistake after 3 months and I left this disorganized, unethical company 18 months after being hired.

I applied online. I interviewed at Regions Financial (Dallas-Fort Worth) in Feb 2023
Interview
Very easy and friendly. Non confrontational. Didn't ask what me about things on my resume from 20 years ago. Stayed focused on the current and most recent experiences. Moved very quickly through the hiring process.
