After I applied online I was sent an assessment. It had some standard math problems and scenarios. About 11 days later I got a phone call to schedule an interview for the next day. The interview was about 45 minutes long, and there were to interviewers. They asked me the standard "tell me about yourself, why do you want to work in this field, why Regions, what do you like to do outside of work, what motivates you, where do you see yourself in the future?" Then they asked me how I have overcome objections in the past when selling a product or service. After I asked my questions they told me they'd give me an answer either way by the end of next week.
