Interview
Entire process took about a month. Applied through my school's job board. Heard back within two weeks. First was a two-on-one interview over webex, all behavioral/fit questions. Then came the superdays which consisted of five one-on-one back-to-back interviews with associates and directors from the different divisions of the bank. Questions were a mix of behavioral and technicals. Last round of interviews were three two-on-one interviews which happened a week after the superdays, mostly technical questions. I was finally extended an offer two weeks later.
