The interview process was wonderful. More of a discussion than an interview. I had a couple of interviews with 4 people and at every level the experience was great. My resume speaks for itself. The focus was on me as as a person.

Multiple phone interviews followed by onsite interviews. What was communicated to be a 2 week response time turned into a 2 month ordeal where the HR department communicated one message, then turned around and communicated the opposite.

The interview questions were standard interview questions. The difficult questions came after an initial job offer had been extended and the HR asked if relocation would be needed, after that was communicated as a requirement on the first phone review and on multiple occasions after.
