Three rounds of interviews. The first was a phone interview with Corporate and HR. The second interview was a phone interview with the branch manager. The third and final interview was in person with the Branch Manager, the Teller Supervisor, and the Customer Service team.

Interviewer was prompt....Asked questions about goals, experience, Talked about onboarding and training. Asked about what my expectations were for the position. Pleasant interviewer, lasted about 30-45 minutes. Didn't feel that I had a chance when I left however. All employees were quite young.

Can you tell me about a time you managed a difficult client interaction?
The interview process was very seamless and easy. The interviewer was very down to earth and welcoming. He asked very good and challenging questions which kept me on my toes. We discussed my employment history and went over the job and its benefits. All in all I would say it was a pleasant experience.
