The first round was an on campus interview run mostly by HR personnel. The 2nd round was an on-site interview. It consisted of multiple panels. There was an HR rep present in both panels but the rep did not interact match. The panels were led by managers of the teams that would be taking on interns for the particular position I was interviewing for.
