This process was a nightmare. The phone screen was fine. However, after I was invited to complete a timed writing test, I kept getting undeliverable emails back every time I tried to schedule the test with HR. I called the office to fix the issue which turned into a several hour escapade after the HR rep repeatedly mistook me for another applicant with a similar name (that was applying for a very different position). I was told I had an hour, but only really had half that time to hurriedly type something out because the HR rep could not rap her head around the fact that she had mixed two separate applicants up (to the other person, I hope this mixup did not cost you the position). Somehow, I managed to scrape through to the in-person interview round. I was excited until I realized that the interview panel was mad up of five people and only one of them was physically present. Three were dialed in by phone (and clearly paying no attention) and one dialed in through video chat. The connection was awful. I kept having to repeat responses to questions that I could only half hear. The interview ended up being cut short when the video chat glitched out of existence. I understand that one person was working out of a different office, but don't schedule in-person interviews when less than half of your own team can be bothered to show. I drove two and a half hours for an interview where it was clear that they did not respect my time. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency at all. The most competent person on the team was a summer intern that was on-point with answering my questions every step of the way (the HR rep I mentioned previously was a full-time employee). I am not naming names here, but I hope that intern gets an offer from a better company when she graduates because honestly, she deserves better.
