Interview
I lost my interest even before they sent me a canned rejection letter which is an insult for someone who actually went through their dragging process. The first interview is with VP to see right away if you will fit in their culture. The VP told me that I passed the interview and I will be scheduled for an in-person interview. A week passed and I did not get any call. I followed up and the HR who initially contacted me told me she needs to check. I was scheduled for an in-person interview but one of the two people who interviewed me was not there. The interview talks about their culture, what they do, and the projects. It was a good interview. A few days after, they told me I will have another interview online. The interview went for an hour. I felt the interview was more of an interrogation than an interview. The interviewer kept on using jargon, which seems unnecessary for an interview. Most of the questions were scenario-based and my work experience. Again, after a week, I did not hear from them, only to receive an indeed canned message. Fortunately, I was no longer interested due to the whole application process which is a reflection of how things probably work inside.

Interview
Straightforward. The first interview is just a light conversational chit chat with a project manager who’s in charge of hiring. The second interview is with a group of team leads. They take turns asking you questions as they see fit. It’s a very team focused environment.
