Initially they e-mailed me with interest for a face-to-face interview that included multiple interviews with individual team members and a one-hour writing exam. The interviews practically lasted a partial business day (4 hours). Once I passed the initial round of interviews and writing exam, I was invited back for a second round of interviews and another writing exam, which also lasted 4 hours and concluded with a tour. I sent personalized thank you notes to every individual who interviewed me, not once but twice (for both rounds of interviews). Despite relevant experience for the role(s), writing exams, and cooperation, and patiently waiting an offer after enduring their extensive interview process, I was then informed they did not get the contract for one of the roles, and I wasn't what they were looking for, for the second role. The entire process was more than a month.
