I initially spoke for 20 minutes over the phone with a recruiter. By the next day I had a one hour phone interview, and a day later an in-house interview with the person I spoke with over the phone, along with two other people. I spoke with each person for somewhere between 45 minutes and an hour. The technical questions were pretty simple as far as I was concerned, but interesting. I was asked questions that I had never been asked before and which required a bit of thought, which was refreshing. I was also given a tour of the company after speaking with the three people. Once the interview was over, I received a call-back and an offer by the next day. I originally was contacted by a recruiter, but the offer was made over the phone by a representative of HR rather than through the recruiter.
