An HR rep reached out to me via email, and we arranged a phone interview. Shortly afterwards, we arranged an on-site interview, which was long and extremely redundant but informative. Same HR rep promised to follow up within the next few days but she never did. I emailed her asking for the status of my application, and her response was very delayed. Eventually, she told me the position went to another person. It doesn't bother me as much that they selected another individual but the HR's rep untimeliness and inexistent sense of urgency bothers me. Not only is standard follow up a common courtesy but the HR rep proved she is anything but resourceful.
