Applied for the a recruiter role with Kcura. Got an immediate interview in late 2016. Easy interview and really laid back with the team. The problem was the followup time. They seemed to be unsure of what they wanted and interviewed alot of candidates, wasting everyone's time in the process. Backgrounds, experience are clear from the resume, interviewing and taking time out of someones day. Many other recruiters had the same experience.
