The interview process is fairly extensive to get an overview of how you fit the culture and the role from a technical perspective. There were blocks of different support representatives and managers to ask culture related questions and troubleshooting ones.
A couple interviews between different levels from specialists to managers. Each with their own questions and insight into the role. Each interview lasts about an hour depending on how well you do or keep conversation
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2018
Interview
I applied through an employee referral. First, I had a very casual conversation with a recruiter about the role and what I'm looking for at this point in my career. Shortly after, I set-up a 45-minute technical video interview with a manager. This video interview consisted of various troubleshooting questions regarding windows and simple SQL queries.
I was invited to an on-site interview that was set a week after the video call. The first two 45-minute interviews I met with 1 person each time and consisted of situational/behavioural questions that relate to their core values, which are listed on their website. The last interview I met with 2 managers for 1 hour who go through your resume and ask insightful questions about each role listed on it. The day ended with meeting with the recruiter I had been working with throughout the process.
