I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Relativity
Interview
A basic video interview with white boarded questions and then then coded in a language of my choice. The interviewer was genuine and willing to help me learn as I was coding. Overall a very relaxed interviewing style as I worded through the problems as they were given to me.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2016
Interview
Applied in October of 2015 for kCura's summer internship program. I was asked to complete a digital interview in January. One week later, I was asked to complete a coding project which took me about 5 hours from start to finish. About a week later I was invited for an onsite interview which the company covered all travel expenses, including flight, hotel, food, mileage, etc. The onsite interview consisted of four interviews: 2 behavioral and 2 technical.
About two weeks after my onsite interview, I received an offer.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
One interview on my campus (half technical, half behavioral), a coding challenge, and an on-site interview (a few technicals, and a few behaviorals). Lindsay is incredibly friendly and helpful! kCura's environment seemed positive -- relatively flat, small teams that seem close-knit. Engineering Managers seem to know their teams very well.
