I was forwarded a job listing from a campus career counselor. I submitted my resume and cover letter to the recruiter, who I then had a phone interview with. After the phone interview, I went in the office for two rounds of in person interviews (one that was 1 on 1, the other with two managers).

Question 1
What do you think you're not good at? (something to that effect, it was a while ago)
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Relativity (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The in-person interviews were held in several rounds where I met with different employees from varying departments. I met with two HR team members together, two individual contributors separately, and the last interview was with the CHRO and the HR Director.
The day didn't seem as long as I initially thought it would but the interviewers didn't seem that interested. I also think they should coordinate questions before hand so that candidates aren't asked repeat questions several times. The interview was OK, not negative but not positive either.

Question 1
They read questions from a list related to the company values. Two interviewers asked me to describe someone I know who has great communication skills. The interview with the CHRO was a review of past job performance to understand patterns.
Unless you have a specific technical skill, if you are over 40, it is my opinion that you should not bother to apply here. It would be interesting to see what percentage of applicants for non-technical positions, who are over the age of 40, are selected for follow-up beyond the initial resume submission.
