Interview
I spoke with one of their recruiters at my University's career fair which was very positive experience. The discussion was casual but constructive towards the point of the conversation. Sadly I spoke to them very late in the day and they had already filled up all their time slots for on campus interviews.
I was contacted in about a week or so and asked to complete a more long term coding project. It took me probably about 2-3 hours to complete and I was given more than ample time to complete it. The problem was well defined and I was provided contact information to someone if there was anything I wasn't sure about.
Following from that, I was invited to Chicago for an onsite. It included an office tour, followed by an informational and QA about the company including technical aspects, culture, etc... We were also provided lunch at this time (traditional Chicago pizza).
After that we moved into interviews. I have 3 interviews about 45 minutes each with 15 minutes in between. I had 1 interview with 2 SDEs, 1 with a system architect (non-developer), and a final with a PM. For the most part, my interviewers were great, however I found the PM to seem disinterested. The questions were fairly standard and definitely sought to explore your knowledge of concepts more than your ability to program. I will admit that the interview with the architect was a bit strange as their was clearly a difference in knowledge and approaches to problems
After the interviews I had a quick wrap up with my recruiter and was sent on my way. All in all a very positive experience.

What would the schema look like for database containing doctors and patients (given a set number of attributes). How would you query this schema to determine all of a doctors patients?
Review and practice medium-level data structures and algorithms (DSA), ensuring strong problem-solving skills. Revisit system design basics, clearly articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and reasoning behind each architectural choice made. Overall it was a basic DSA and Sustek design questions for any standard Softare Engineer job.

Interview
First I had a 30 minute phone screen with recruiter. The next week, i had a 30 minute phone screen with an engineering manager. Both of these interactions were positive.
Then i had a 3 hour panel interview with 3 engineers (2 coding challenges) and a manager and this is where I had a horrible experience.
I was told that i could do the challenges in any language i wanted but the program they used was not set up properly. When i switched to a language i was more comfortable writing in, the boilerplate code was not copied over. So, i wrote hybrid code since i wasn't as comfortable writing in the language that they had set.
The first interviewer was 15 minutes late and i had to email the hiring director since no on was on the Zoom call with me. Despite the lateness of the first engineer, i was expected to finish the task in the original allotted time. The second engineer gave me an algorithm challenge. The third engineer asked mostly architectural questions. The manager asked more behavioral questions related to the company's values.
