It was 4 rounds. The first round is a recruiter screening which lasts about 30 minutes. Then you go onto talking with the hiring manager for 45 minutes. After that you then have a 2.5 hour panel interview with the team. If you get past that part you then have a "finalist round" presentation with the director and hiring manager. They added on that "finalist round" last minute because i was competing against a few other people, which makes sense.
They kept giving me dates to chose from online. After they set a time, they would then reach out to push the date and time up. That was frustrating and I had to rearrange my schedule a few times to work with them. It would have been helpful if they gave me earlier dates instead of the later ones they had on their online portal to chose from if they knew they would push it up. They also want you to do the entire panel in one sitting, which can be difficult if you also have a job while interviewing. They will let you break up the session, however it's not ideal for them.
Throughout the entire process the recruiter was very involved and informative. I built a rapport with her and there was some feedback provided after each round. After I did the presentation/final round, it was crickets from the recruiter. I then got the most generic auto-rejection email from their workday system which was so offensive considering the amount of rapport built, flexibility provided, and that I did a last minute presentation for them. It really felt a sour taste in my mouth that they couldn't have anyone provide any type of feedback. Just providing "we are looking for some with more experience in ____ area" would have gone a long way.
