Relativity Software Engineer interview questions

Very disappointing, expected a more generic technical interview based on CS fundamentals like Data Structure and Algorithm for the software company that it is, but instead seemed like a college viva with intense theoretical questions. Name different kinds of design patterns, give 2 examples of each...seriously? C# reflection methods, signature etc, might just refer to Microsoft documentation for that.

Three step process first a hackerRank interview, second a phone interview with potential future team member and third an onsite interview. 1. First round has two hackerRank problems with 4-hour duration. The question was mostly related to graphs and input processing. if you have good knowledge of language then you will be fine. 2. A phone interview, which was technical in nature and interviewer will ask question from every section of resume and one algorithm question which will be LeetCode easy level 3. An onsite interview with 4 rounds, first round was high-level design interview where interviewer is more keen on how you design highly scalable system. Second round was with hiring manager , where we will learn from you about your past work experiences and project. Third round was cultural fit where interviewer is keen to check whether you can fit in company culture or not.Fourth round, was again technical with leetcode easy to mid level question and OOP design question
