Reliable Software Resources Talent Acquisition interview questions

A lady called me and explained the job opportunity. She spoke length & breadth abt the role. I did tell her that I don't have much experience in IT requirement and am looking for morning shift, she assured that training will be provided and shift isn't an issue as mainly they are looking for someone with good communication skills and has experience in HR policies, employee engagement etc. I attended the interview and the Director of recruitment explained what he was looking for in the profile he is hiring. To my surprise it was completely different from the one which was explained by the lady who had scheduled the interview. This was sheer waste of my time as I had travelled from the heart of city to other end of city. Imagine I travell one and half hour to attend an interview only to know that the profile which they are looking is different from the one I have. What a waste of time. I advise the recruitment team to share the JD to the candidate rather than making false claims to the candidate. It was waste of time for me. Be professional rather than being in hurry to schdule interview.
